VOCATIONAL TRAINING PREPARATION

Have you finished school and you already know which profession you want to learn? But you haven't found a training place yet? If so, you are at the exact right place at the OSZ. With the Integrated Vocational Education and Training Preparation (IBA), you can prepare for a vocational training that interests you and achieve the following qualifications: the vocational qualification (BBR) or the extended vocational qualification (eBBR) as well as the Intermediate School Leaving Qualification (MSA) after passing the final examination.

If you choose the IBA, you will learn theoretical basics in subject-related and general education subjects. In addition, you will complete mandatory internships in companies that work closely with the OSZ. This increases your chance of finding a training or job position. An educational guide at the OSZ helps you plan how to proceed after vocational training preparation.

The IBA education course usually lasts one year and is offered in all vocational fields. Under certain conditions, you can extend the vocational training preparation by another year.
